Deep
Tissue Massage - A technique focused on connective
tissue in order to restore structural alignment and
balance by removing chronic tensions that are often
created over time by injury, and by habitual and/or
emotional stress. Our therapists work sensitively
with you to release tension for a deeply relaxing
and healing treatment.

Thai
Massage - This thousand year old massage
is a combination of yoga-stretches, muscle massage,
stimulation of meridians by acupressure and manipulation
of joints. It is performed in gentle, rhythmic movements
providing an energizing, balanced and dynamic experience.

Neuromuscular
Body Work - A clinical style neuromuscular
therapy combined with transformational movement and
a mind-body approach to stress reduction. This approach
seeks to achieve balance between the muscular/skeletal
and the nervous systems through active involvement
between client and massage therapist to assist in
the improvement of biomechanics, joint function and
posture.

Stone Massage - Heated and cooled polished
stones are used to help stimulate the circulatory
systems and enhance the feeling of relaxation. Hot
rocks offers the benefits of standard massage plus

Wrap - After dry brush exfoliation we apply
a choice of custom blended essential oils and plant
extracts followed by a soothing wrap in heated blankets.

of massage techniques, Lomi combines prayer, breath

Ayurveda
is a healing system derived from an ancient Indian
tradition that uses diet, herbs, exercise, and body
therapies. The goal of traditional treatments is
to restore balance and establish calm and harmony
and the treatments are understood to cleanse and
purify mind, body and soul. Although an entire system
in itself, Tennee Anderson, with the help of her
husband and partner, provide traditional Ayurvedic
treatments as a certified practitioner. |
Abhyanga
Massage – This unique rhythmic ayurvedic
massage is traditionally done with two therapists
working in unison with nourishing warm herbal oils.
Tailored to your constitution our therapists work
to improve circulation of both prana and lymph and
to rejuvenate the tissues. This gentle massage encourages
the penetration of oil deep into body promoting
greater flexibility. It is a deeply relaxing and
nourishing massage.

massage, Shirodara is a simple, yet blissful ayurvedic
treatment. For 20 – 30 minutes, a very gentle

and pituitary gland, inducing deep relaxation, synchronization
of brain activity and balance between the mind, body

Standard Sessions are an hour, which equates to
approximately 50 minutes of activity and ten minutes
for preparation and closure. We
have carefully selected our massage "staff"
and they have agreed to make themselves available
to our guests. They are independent contractors.
